This is just really bazaar. It's the cruise control and the lights...
I have the LED taillights and a grote flasher relay instead of the stock one, not sure if this has anything to do with it or not.
The night I brought it home from being painted I go to engage the cruise and it won't work.
There have been other times where I tried to use it and it turned on. Others it wouldn't.
So, the other day I was driving back home in the early evening, lights optional at this point, had the running lights on, go to engage cruise control and the cruise wouldn't turn on. I tried turning the lights off, then turning on the cruise and it turned on. Turned lights back on and cruise stayed on. I signal left to change lanes, the lamp out light comes on (as usual with the grote/LED setup) and it turns the cruise off which has always done this part (turning off when signalling on a left lane change), but then could be turned back on. But won't turn back on as of late.
It hasn't always done this. I have had the LED's/grote flasher in for a long time and this weird cruise control stuff just started happening. I can't see any lights out anywhere. None of my LED bulbs are out, all the front parking lamp bulbs are new.
Anyone have any idea where to start?
