please please please tell me this is true... and you're doing it in tandem with the turbocharger... that would be incredible, supercharger to spool the turbo/ get rid of turbo lag, then turbocharger for the top end. ah if only i was not a college student soon to be in thousands of dollars of medical school-related debt.Toolman said:yes, actually I am

the air to air one seems to be more money friendly i think, but how does it compare vs. the water to air? performance wise...

Toolman said:Less expensive, easier to plumb, lighter weight. The only reason to use an air/water is for getting a super cool charge, since you can use ice water. But after a pass down the track your ice is melted and the water is the same temp (or warmer) than the ambient air. For a track car (road course) there are no benefits of an air/water. Also, you can spray nitrous on an air/air, which will give you the same benefits as icing your water on an air/water. And one bottle of nitrous will last a LOT longer at the drag strip than a bag of ice. Unless you plan on going to the dragstrip a lot, I would recommend an air/air.
