What is the difference between the SHO's suspension and a stock Taurus's suspension. I ask this because one of my friends is thinking about getting a 1993 Saab 900S Aero. He was telling me how fast the car was but he said that is had aftermarket suspension (coilovers and struts) and he said the car handles amazingly and just sticks to the road. He also said something about the Saab being fast but I quickly but that to rest by giving him a ride in my SHO then he said "honestly it wouldn't even be a race between your car and that Saab I test drive, your car is just to fast". But he still thinks that car can handle better (even though I have never tested my cars handling capabilities). So from here what advantages does the SHO have over a stock Taurus and around a track do you think the SHO could hang with the Saab 900S Aero.

Up to 92 the SHOs ahd their own parts. This included springs and struts. I am not sure if the SHOs had different sway bars or not. Also the Gen1s had a very ice sway bar setup but it changed in 92. On 93+ SHOs they would get SLO shocks and springs as well as random sway bars. So all of those add up.
