It happens, not your fault at all. I appreciate the effort that these happened at all.As I feel somewhat responsible for those that received DOA parts I was in contact shortly after the first couple bad sets were sent out.

x2 on my set ....View attachment 6639
OFF TOPIC..... I'm still jealous you have your 2013 Cert of Auth!!! They still don't have the 2014 available yet, wtf?!
Still have not received mine
The next batch is available... they said they worked with the supplier to make sure these have been through a more rigorous QC process...

Yes, mine came with stickers. Electric tape won’t last too long. Ask vendor to send some stickers out, or maybe a skim coat of silicone on top?Got mine in today. Driver’s side looks great. Passenger side doesn’t seem as sharp. I can push on the bottom and it seems to clear up. I installed them in the dark, so I’m gonna look at them again tomorrow.
Did anybody else’s come with the tape circles for the screws? Mine didn’t have any, so I used electric tape.
I have second batch set. Overall there pretty good though. The passenger side emblem rotated a half-click on its own, and they are a bit shaky when closing doors. Overall, better than what was there...I know this is an old thread, but thought I would post this in case anybody else was thinking of ordering. I’d stay away. The first set I got were out of focus. They sent another set, and those were okay for a few weeks. Then they started creeping out of alignment. I didn’t really worry about it for a few months, and then the driver side suddenly went 90 degrees out and moves every time you shut the door. It just kinda rattles. My messages were totally ignored by the seller, and I simply inquired about warranty or any tips on a self repair in case there was a common issue or something. It’s been a couple weeks now. I’m going to take apart both sets I have and see if I can make one good set.
I know they don’t have to stand behind something once you’re out of the 30 day eBay dispute period, but it’s pretty crappy to just ignore a customer. I’m pretty disappointed in this eBay seller.
Yea, I worked with them on getting this done. The reviews on eBay were 99% positive so I figured they were ok.
The failure ratio was awfully high for the first batch, second batch was better, and then they became unresponsive.
My original set are still good. They did send me a couple free sets for working with them.
It’***** or miss unfortunately.
Should have a lifetime warranty though

Not your fault. It’s a shame the seller isn’t standing behind these though. They’re really neat, but the lifetime warranty isn’t much good if they ignore your messages. Lol.
Where did you find the warranty info? That’s why I emailed them in the first place. I was inquiring about the warranty because I can’t find anything at eBay.
I haven’t had a chance to rip the broken one apart yet. Hopefully there’s just something popped loose or something else simple.
