I was wondering how you fill in the SHO slots on the sides and the rear bumper. I see a lot of this but I was wondering:
1.how do you do this?
2.what do you use?

Thanks

I have done mine twice. The first time by carefully masking everything off, and using a good quality automotive spray paint. It was a real pia to do, and only lasted a little over a year.

The second time, I just got a cheap paint pen at Wal Mart, and colored them in by hand. Just have a rag and a little mineral spirits handy to clean up any thing you get "outside the lines". I did that about 6 months ago and they still look great.

You can also buy decal kits on ebay and a couple of other places. Don't know much about them, just that they are available.

It all depends on how much money and time you want to spend on it I guess.

testors model enamel, a small brush, and a steady hand.

Thats unusual , but its prolly the best bet.

I tried mine years ago on my 94 (sold) with GM touch up paint. Lasted a couple months , began to go away slowly when washing with a pressure gun (i was being carefull in that area).

I did mine about 5 months ago, no chipping, flaking, fading......and still looks as good now as it did when it was freshly applied.
