secondaries stuck!

I have a 94 atx. I just got it 2 days ago and i raced my cousin and it seem to no power. I checked with the engine running and the secondaries were stuck open. What would cause this? IF it is that sensor in the back of the manifold than would i be able to pull one of a 94 mtx?

Check the vacumn lines that run the "switches".

Does your car shift abnormally with the secondaries stuck?
