FWIW, you'd be hard pressed to get that quality of work anywhere in the USA for that price!

The quotes I've gotten were $1000+ and I don't think they included baseball stitching.

Even though it's not the same thing and their fit is debatable, Katzkins does make a kit for the gen II SHO that you can order to look just like what the OP did or any other way you want.

The resource is available to those that want to do this.
