Rose Mist for sale in SA?

Hey guys, I have been looking around to getting a somewhat nicer Taurus for college next year, and while I was looking at Duratec Gen IVs, a thought crossed my mind...what about a SHO?

I looked and found this amazing deal on a 1996 Rose Mist SHO. It was for $7K with about 65K miles, and from the description the owner actually knew what he was talking about with the car. *gasp* In fact, I don't know of many SHOs in state, and I was wondering if maybe the owner has shown up around this board at all (He said he was an enthusiast)? Most of the SHOs I have found are over 100K miles, and the only others are 99s (I hate the cost-cutting 99's and the non-sarc suspension). This deal almost sounds too good to be true. $7K and a welded car with what looks to be an owner who actually appreciated the car for what it is. If this is for real, screw the Gen IV.

I don't know who the owner is, I just saw it on Autotrader. If it was someone from the board, that would be really cool. Is he going to be at the Run tomorrow (Err..today)? I think I may take the SLO out to the Oasis then...hmm. *grin*

Since welding the cams I must confess I'm back on the fence about selling it though.

But I'm still entertaining the thought.

Yes Majisto. I'll be at the run with the SHO ( I almost decided on bringing the SVTF because I'm trying to keep the miles of the SHO, but said screw it at the last moment. ) If you make it down you'll see it as it is when it receives a modest coat of wax ( last night ).

No guys, sorry to say this car died a year ago this Sunday.

That was the date of the accident, the car itself was totaled.

yeah I pulled it up in a search ..i got excited and posted. Like i said the wifes on my butt about finding a Rosemist SHO. If anyone sees one anywhere for sale please let me know
