Up there in the great white north where you live I would not recommend anything over 17".

Why? potholes... One of those babies will have your rim for breakfast. besides, leave the 20"s for the Escalade buyers. Caddillac should make them an option and cash in.

Caddillac does make them an option on a lot of their cars. Most of the Escalades you see at the dealership or on the street with 20's on them have Caddillac Centercaps. I believe Caddillac has always offered larger sized wheels and tires for their buyers. That's why you always see elderly white women driving their Escalade with 22" dubs, because the dealership put them on before she bought it.

Disclaimer: Not sure about your towns, but in mine, there are a lot of old white people driving Escalades with dubs. Later

Dubs simply is a term for big chrome wheels. Typically 18" and up to 26"(Yes, Enkei makes um THAT big). As for 20's, they are "dues'", and 22's are "dues two's." Kapeesh. :)

dubs in my opinion are quite lame. It's just a ploy from the rim manufacturers and the rappers to get you to buy them. They're not cool. I've seen base engine models with roll down windows and dubs. Go figure. Nothing but 16" slicers or 17" Cobra rims on my baby.
