My car is up on jackstands right now with all the wheels off. I was replacing wheel studs in the front and started checking the back ones for looseness when i noticed i could not turn the rear right brakes by hand like i could the others. Is this a common problem. Does it mean my rotor is warped and how would i fix it besides replacing it?

if you cant spin the rotor by hand it is quite possible it is warped or just that the brake isnt releasing. have you noticed any noise coming from the rear which could indicate the beginnings of a bearing failure? can you verify the brake is clamping and releasing by having a friend pull on the ebrake?
