There has to be someone, somewhere selling them cheaper than that guy on Ebay for $150. Especially since you can get the sable ones to work. Any links/help here guys? shrug

I just went and looked closely at my headlamps and it does look like the Sable lamp is the same with just the fish tank stuck on the side. Can someone please confirm this for me. I really want to replace one of my housings, but not for $150. If I could just attach the fish tank to the side of a $80 housing that would be excellent. Any info is greatly appreciated.

The SHO and Sable do use the same head lamps. Like you said Jeremy, just order the Sable ones and attach the fish tanks. The fishtanks attach the same way that the center light bar attaches on the Sable. The corner marker/turn signal is also shared between the SHO and Sable.

Sweeeet, thats is awesome. Thanks a bunch for confirming that would work. You can not imagine how happy I am that I know that for sure now and dont have to fork over $150 to that guy on e-bay. Info like this is what I love about the forum. Thanks again.

The is a company here in San Antonio that sells the headlights for 50 bucks... They are aftermarket lights but it's made by a company called "Depo". You can't tell the difference between stock these lights. Depo is a very good company they make many lights for GM cars including Cadillacs.

I wish I had some fishtanks. When I wrecked my front end I lost them and couldn't find them. I bet I am the only person with a complete sable front end. I have sable hood, head lights, bumper, and even the stupid light bar that is a different color. (more yellow than real headlights) I need a new bumper to replace the sable one but I don't even know if I am keeping my SHO. All it needs is some work on the tranny and I just put $1400 into fixing the front end and the tranny messed its 3rd and 4th gears up.

Guide make the lights for Caddys (at least on everyone I have had)
Let me clear this up... They make replacement lights. My point was that I have installed many of these brand of lights and have never had a problem. I work at GM dealership (Cadillac, SAAB, Hummer) in the body shop and use Depo lights alot, not one has come back yet. Hopefully this makes more since.
