I could not find any help either. I pulled the front bumper off my 2015 last weekend to install a new grill.

Get a factory service manual for a 2013 or 2014, even 2015 might be available. Look for CDs/DVDs on EBay, or subscribe to online services like ALLDATADIY or MOTORCRAFTSERVICE. Other than that, you can look to bpd's 2010-12 HOWTO for hints/tips:
