ok, so i took the entire wiring harness the RKEM module is hooked up to out of my SHO in an attempt to put it in my wagon. (i cut the wires at each door)
Question is: do i have to have all the wires plugged into the unit for it to function?
before removing from the SHO i made sure my remote worked. i tired testing it in the wagon by connecting power ground and just the lock and unlock wires, but nothing happened, although not very surprising, sooo ya, do i need all the wires plugged in or not? i can never get the keypad plugged in because i refuse to have that on my door, so without that will the entire system not work?
