Regular Taurus Radiator Vs SHO Radiator???

I am in need of a new radiator for my 94 SHO ATX. A buddy has a new radiator for a 95 Taurus ATX non-SHO he is willing to sell to me for 50.00. His taurus got crunched in an accident so he has no need for it now. I have not seen the radiator to compare cause he live about an hour away. my Question is, will it fit or can it be made to fit in my SHO.

a friend of mine used a taurus rad and it kept it cooler due to it being larger you got to do a little modifiy ing but its worth it
