well i am going to be picking up my project tranny this week sometime, i have had one **** of a time getting any info on this subject, there are a couple of forum members here who have helped out, but the list is short, for some reason people that know alot don't want to say alot, so i have decided to document every thing i do, pictures will be taked at ever single step, before and after, and sometimes if needed in the middle of a specific teardown, that way if anyone else needs specific info they will have a guide with pics to help them through the process. no one has done it that i know of so i will be the first, and if all goes well with the tranny the i will then post my guide, it's been a pain in my azz trying to get info so i will share what i can with everyone. wish me luck. If you have the factory service CD, you don't need to take many photos. The rebuild process is pretty well documented there already. Probably why no one, including myself, has bothered to re-document it.
