Rear strut bar mounts with bolts

Need rear strut tower bar mounts with the 2 bolts with heim joints that thread into the bar ends. I have a bare bar just no mounts and I don't really feel like welding up mounts if I can help it.

Find out who manufactured it and contact them. When installing adjustable end links I didn't tighten down the jam nut and lost the threaded rod. I contacted power grid and they sent me a threaded rod for way less than the price of new end links.
