Rear brake caliper

Looks like I will need a new rear caliper. Had a poor pedal for a bit now and took it apart when I noticed some excessive heat off the rear passenger side. Pads were sticking a little, the dust boot is torn and the piston was not lined up with the pad stub. Anyone have an opinion on getting a new caliper?

Its got 70K on it so i'm not complaining.
