I don't think it's rod bearings because I don't get a low oil light, no CEL, and the noise stops at about 1500-2000rpm. It sounds really bad, but I don't know what it could be. At first I thought it could be my heat sheild, but it doesn't make that type of rattle. I tried to make a recording with my phone, but it came out crappy. Call me at 714-457-4016 if you would like to hear the noise and help me troubleshoot.

*Edit* I just finished buttoning up my car, and I found the timing belt is pretty loose in certain areas. So A) My timing belt is stretched or B) My tensioner is bad.

Mine was the Timing Belt Tensioner as well. Broke in South Carolina (On our way to FPS for the 120K) and wasin so many pieces that FPS was amazed it stayed together.
