I happen to have a used radiator sitting in my garage from a recent replacement. This was a replacement radiator and is stock, but is not OEM. I took some hand measurements: as to your specific question the core is 1.125" thick. The core is attached to the tanks and the tanks ar 3.25" thick.
Overall the radiator is 15.5" high.
The width is a taper from the top at 30.5" down to the bottom at 29.5"
In addition the following components protrude from the basic dimensions above by the following amounts:
Radiator drain 2" out bottom left.
Inlet from engine connection 2.5" from top left.
Outlet to water pump 0.75" from bottom right.
Fill connection 3.5" up from top right.
The mounting points for the radiator also add to the overall dimensions and are not included above.
I know this isn't very clear without a picture, but if you take a look at your radiator while reading my dimensions you'll see what I mean. If there are other specific dimensions you need, let me know.
