Question about Carjacking....

Just wondering if someone could tell me if it's OK to put a floor jack under the
rear of my '96, right in the middle where the inner ends of the suspension arms attach. Will I bend something if I do this? Thanks

I use a piece of 2x8 to fully contact the box at that point. Be sure to jack on the box and not the arms. If you use a piece about 18" long or so it will force you to have it in the proper position.
