I think you will be pleasantly susprised. The SFC's and SFB's are the best bang for the buck in the suspension mod category.

Except for the extra exhaust noise heard in the cabin, the Al SFBs are a no-penalty handling upgrade. I replaced the rear bushings with the OEM-type to lessen the drone on the highway.

The weld-in long SFC make the car so much stiffer, the rear now tracks with the front instead of on a half second delay. Plus, and this will sound odd, but the car feels about two foot shorter. Very nice.

SFB - Steering response is immediate. This is w/ the Delrin, basically the same thing though. One excellent plus about these suckers is torque steer has dramatically reduced on my SHO... Until the rest of the suspension when kaa-put!

Long SFC - Chop the rear half of the car off, inbetween the front door and the C pillar (2 door SHO) and that'll explain the difference. It makes the SHO feel like a very well equipped Fox body stang. Mmmmm.. Now only if these suckers offered a driveshaft somewhere.. heheh

Short SFC - Huh? I dunno about 'em, never sat in a shorty SHO! :)

Overall? These puppies will make you see all the sore thumbs in the rest of the suspension work. For example, the SFB really aid in rear end lag w/o the SFCs... And when they're both on, you'll feel how crappy reg. suspension bushings are... And then you'll realize that the tight chassis is still rolling way too much.. and next thing you know.. Your SHO has Intrax/Coil Overs, Konis, TPR/Poly bushings, thicker ASBs, and cute little adjustable braces strapped across your strut towers.. Oh, did I forget camber plates? :)
