Hey do we have a proportioning valve in our cars? And if so, do I pull it out or push it in when bleeding the brakes? Gonna be doing this in a few hours, wish I had access to AllData ...d'oh!

I have my Proportioning Valve permanitly zip tied to the proportioning block. This gives the effect of having the bias plugs, although not as dramatic. The bonus to this is that when I bleed the rear brakes I can take the tire off and have full flow. I cant see how you can bleed brakes with the tire on.

Where do I find the proportioning valve? or bias plugs? thanks.
Just look at the block where all the brake lines go into above the rear control arm, there is a rod that attaches it to the control arm also.
