Hey all.

Finally got the cams welded at 165k. Talk about the eleventh hour.

I gutted the secondaries a while ago, I cleaned the intake when I had the cams welded (I actually noticed a little gain off that). 3rd cat delete, 4" WAI until a smooth taper to the TB (my CAI pipes kept braking in the fender, so it'll be warm until I firm up the engine mounts).

I ordered SCT's pro racer package, and three weeks later they sent me a blank CD. I'm trying to sort it out with them, but it's hard when their hours of operation fall between the hours I'm on a forklift at work.

To do: mufflers, proper CAI, good tune.

Am I forgetting anything? It feels like I'm at the end of a very short road. I want to do a turbo project eventually, but I need to save up the $$$ for the turbo, as well as enough for a three month's supply of AX4N's. What other small mods are left?

If you're planning on a turbo, I'd forget the small mods that are drivetrain related. Build the foundation first: Suspension, brakes, tires.

Suspension, brakes & tires aren't a problem, and the turbo is so far off it shouldn't really count. I just said it so nobody suggested FI (I'm not doing NOS). UDP maybe?

not much more you can do with the Gen 3 besides NOS and forced induction.
Strip the interior and lose weight.

Honestly, there's not a whole lot that's going to give many gains. My point was, if the foundation is good and you want to go fast, save the money you'd use for the few add-ons there are, and put it toward FI.

The UDP is worth it.
