Yea theres a pizza/italian joint right in Old town.

J, me and my girl have been wanting to go to Universal (never been) So maybe we could meet up there. Then we can all meet up later or meet up there whatever.

Like I said, I have a couple open rooms in Kissimee if anyone wants to stay.. Then again I may just get a hotel. You can get a heart shaped jacuzzi, and the whole 9 for 60$ a night.

Jonny Rox! We'll see. The wife is having second thoughts about going to Universal cause it cost so much and it's mostly kids stuff. But like I said we'll see. If we don't go to Universal we will go to a bunch of smaller places like Ripley's Believe it or Not museum and such. We'd love to hang out wit ya Jonny. That goes for whoever else wants to hang around before night fall.

yeah universal is kind of a drag from what I understand, they've closed a couple rides and are changing some stuff... there isn't as much stuff to do there as there is normally... which isn't THAT much to begin with.

although its cool to walk around in it cause different sectors are styled in themes, like Beverly Hills, The jaws city, San Francisco back in the day, New york... I always thought that was pretty cool... defintely better then any Disney park

they also have Islands of Adventure, the hulk rollercoaster is amazing, then theres the dueling dragons coaster which has two different tracks, then the spiderman 3d ride is good also... but there isnt that much more to do there then those and one of those drop you down a pole kind of rides....

I think its close to 75 bucks these days, **** I used to think 46 was a lot!

theres more to do in Orlando then theme parks

If I had to choose a theme park I'd go with Busch Gardens... its in Tampa though but has tons of roller coaster (more adult oriented park) and free beer at the hospitality house and free beer tasting classes!

No at least 1 month in advance. Sorry were not lockd down yet. Not living in that area kinda leaves allota guess work. It's still a partial vacation for me and my wife. If we choose something fairly inexpensive maybe my parents will come along with their 91' Plus. Then you guys can have a look at it with me.

fyi sometime in march at Daytona is the spring break tuner show... i haven't been able to find any dates yet tho so i don't know what weekend it is

I've been to it a few times and its pretty fun, although the daytona spring break scene has dropped dramatically over 5 years lol

Looks like it will be March 29th and 30th. I will most likely be going to that as I have for the last 4 years. Its certainly an awesome weekend with no shortage of sights to see or things to do.

So I had the GF check her schedule and she's all clear for this weekend so it looks almost certain that I'll be there Saturday and Sunday. I'll probably reserve my hotel room within the next week.

im down for whatever. Thing is, besides Butch Gardens, what else is in Tampa? I honestly could care less about any theme parks. Im scared of rollercoaters anyway. Id rather see car shows and drag race.

I def wanna meet up but me and the wife haven't been to a theme park in over 5 years soo we kinda wanted to go to one while in Florida. We don't absolutely have to but it would be fun. Gotta make sure the whole day isn't only about car shit or my wife will explode like an atom bomb. What we do later in the even or even more mid day is fine. Just gotta figure something out that we all can do as a bunch of car guys in a town none of us live in. I know in Orlando the Old town area does car shows and cruises on fridays and saturdays. Maybe we could all meet up and hang out there shoot the shit and check out some cars then grab a bite to eat and maybe hit the local track later that night. That way me and the familia can do other things earlier in the day. I don't mind staying down in the Orlando or surrounding area that night as long as the hotel is not really expensive.
