Works great. Not a tune but it makes the throttle response instant. Ive been tuned by lms and ajp turbo and pedal commander still is the best for throttle response. I have the pc18 currenlty plugged into my car with ajp turbo tune i see best vbox 0-60

My tunes have never suffered from any response issues, the SHO has been really responsive more then any car I've had and all were tuned....not sure if responsiveness worth the cost, I'd want some performance from it....

Money better spent elsewhere that will get you actual performance. PC does not make your car faster unless you never put the pedal to the floor before installing the pedal commander.....

If I remember right, I recall a thread on a Lexus forum where they determined that the car ECU would see the pedal commander and over time would alter output to adapt. So unless you did a KAM delete monthly or so, it would slowly go back to stock.

Like most newer obd add ons, you buy for gm or ford and so on. So i dont know if ford only unit would have that issue depending on the way the computer works. I get upset with it sometimes and unplug it because it is overly sensitive in town or traffic. Way to jumpy even with light foot touch. Way more instant then just a tune and also helps at any rpm and gear like spirited mountain driving where no tune can really get it responsive everywhere all the time. Just my opinion on it, makes the car act more like a cable throttle.
I can actually datalog with my current tune to see if it does make an actual difference in same driving conditions. With and without it

With a tune, pedal commander is a waste of money... throw it out... ask your tuner to adjust tip as needed.

Have you ever considered tuning the vehicle? In our tune we increase the throttle response as well as gain you some nice hp and tq as well as stronger feeling shift points etc! If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a pm or call me directly at 313-561-5500 ext 123 or ask for cody and i will be glad to assist!IM original MyCalibrator Touch Left Clipped 2 copy

Ajp turbo, gearhead or ortiz. Cheaper and better for performance and mpg if you go for a tune. And even Ethanol and ghost cam/crackle pop tunes.
