Hi everyone new to the sho taurus just got two of them both 90's last week, been a ford fan and owner since i could drive.. One question and one thought. Number one.. were is the pcv valve located on the 3.0 and i've seen results that painting or powdercoating any main engine surface minus valve covers, details etc can lead to leaks and overheating. Thanks guys and Nice forum.. Ronald.

There is no PCV valve on the V6 SHO's, they use a closed-system.

Some people with powdercoated engine parts have had temp problems, others haven't. A lot of it I think has to do with the overall condition of the entire cooling system, as well as just how many parts are powdercoated.
