it depends on the on the setup u have. by the way, did u find ur caliper bracket? if u have the '95 Continental bracket, the '95 Continental pads will fit. again, i believe that the '95 Continental and '96 SHO have interchangeable parts, same part just different part NUMBER......

I run the "Ceramix" pads that Doug Lewis sent me when I ordered my '96 brake upgrade. I like them a lot. They are comparable to the Carbotech Type F pads I have in the rear. These pads (the Type Fs) are discontinued.

The '96 SHO pad will fit. I know, because that's the size I run up front. If they don't fit, something is wrong wink

I don't know why you say the 96 SHO pads won't fit. i have them , direct from my friendly Ford dealer on my 95 SHO and they work great, of course they cost more than pads at autozone, but they are good pads. I have had them on my car for a year and not appreciable sign of wear.

i tried putting the 96 pads on but they will not fit under the brackets on to the caliper. The pads that i got are the carbotech panther pads. I'm going to try agian to put them on.

Here is the Ford pad for the Gen 3 SHO. XF3Z-2001-CB $ 57.99 from www.fordpartsnetwork.com

Do not get the Motorcraft as they are not as good.
