P016b code. Unable to figure out.

I've been working on this car for a while now. Got it all back together and now got the p016b code. I think it was that. there was a torque difference between what the computer wanted and what it is getting. online suggests it's an air filter issue so installed a new k and n drop in. The car has felt sluggish sence i got it back together and driving it the other night it shuttered really hard and I had no acceleration power, I was coasting. cycled the car off and on and got it home and now we are here. Can anyone give me any suggestions on where to look or how to diagnose the problem?

Not sure what all the recent work you have done entails but, the first step is to check all of that. For DTC P061B, make sure the air cleaner and air inlet are correctly seated and correctly installed before continuing diagnosis. Start at the throttle body and trace all of your connections. Make sure they are all seated, tight, and no damage to any tubes. Then, clear codes and do a self test to see if the code comes back. After that, your looking at CKP, MAF, or TP sensors or harness issues. I am going to guess it is related to whatever you recently did though.

I'm with you. I am guessing P061b since I did not see P016b as a valid code and P061b has to do with torque calculation performance.
