Oil leak. Any location ideas?

I have an oil leak on my '96 that has allowed oil to leak down onto the small "cup" on the transmission directly below the tranny dipstick. Any ideas what the source could be? It is also dripping onto my exhaust and causing a nice little cloud of smoke each time I stop. Any help would be great since this is my daily driver.

valve cover or maybe cam seal

Valve cover if it is in the back of the motor. Just my guess.
