No keys for 2015 SHO - Can I use FORScan?

I'm looking to buy a 2015 SHO that been sitting for months due to needing a water pump. The owner had one key and has lost it. If I pick up a couple of keyless fobs off Amazon, can I use FORScan to erase the old fobs and program the new fobs? I see plenty of instructions online, but they all involve transponder keys, not cars with push button starts.
