No DRL or High-beams!

Hi all,

My car was once used as an unmarked cop car, light duty for like 3 weeks. Thing is when I got it the alternating flashing light setup was still installed.

I had it all removed, and according to the shop that did it all the foreign wiring and switch is removed, and everything is back to stock. Prob is my DRL's and Highbeams never come on anymore. They said something about modules under my dash, and one being damaged. I think thats a load of crap. Also I noticed that the underhood light no longer works. Are these all on the same circuit? I have tried replacing bulbs to no avail...

They probably never connected the DRL module that is suppose to be on the car. Canadian Tire sells a DRL module for $24.99 which I have to buy myself to install it on my USA spec SHO(Canadian Inspections ).
I believe the Ford module suppose to be behind the front bumper on the drivers side or behind the drivers side headlight assembly(correct me if I am wrong). If it is not there or if your see a oval connector(2cm-3cm big) then your DRL module is not connected.
Le Salon Ford in St. Laurent has the DRL module for $105 oh_my , P/N - F43Z-15A272-A.
Save your self some $$ and buy it from Canadian tire and connect it to the fog lights.

That the funny thing, the DRL's and highbeams worked when the system was hooked up, also before it was hooked up (originally it was a civilian car).

Not having DRL's would affect my high beams?
