newbie questions

Hi im new to the forum and i have a question about my sho, so here goes.

whenever it fully heats up and is idleing i can hear a slight tick, kind of like a lifter tick in an old chevy but this car obviously doesnt have lifters, doesnt do it at startup just when fully warmed up and its not loud its very slight and its been doing it since ive had the vehicle?

heres some back ground on it

1994 ATX runs good no other problems that i know about, when i bought it, it had 131k on it and whenever i would wind it up and bring it back down to idle the oil light would come on, so i immediately changed the oil and its never came on since now its got 151k on it and ive been running 5w30 mobil 1

my 1st 2 guesses would be:
1: timing chain tensioner
2: timing belt tensioner

Also check your accessories. I would rule out rod bearings because it would have gotten louder and your oil light would have started coming on.
