Hi, came here following a post on steering wheel not straight, can't seem to find post, need help

I have a 90 GT, bought last fall, for my boy who is now 14, the steering wheel was about a 1/4 round off, and it walked some road bad. I changed the lower a arm bushings, sway bar links, and lower ball joints, during reassembly found tie rods turned way far to the right, I figured this was why the car would turn to the right better then the left. I centered the rack turned the tie rod ends in about the same and found the steering wheel up side down, what's the fix, pull the wheel and realine it?
