Hey folks!

Recently picked up a clean '97 Silver SHO for my DD. One owner Texas car with 125K on the clock.

Plan to get the cams welded soon and then start tweaking a bit.

I'm also the proud owner of a 2003 Merc Maruader and hang out frequently on the MM.net board.

Will post pics of the SHO as soon as a get a few taken.

Welcome!!

Pics of both, or immediate ban.

:woohoo: Post 500!!!

Here's a link to a photo of my Marauder:

Here's another taken earlier this month at the 3rd Annual KY Bourbon Run. Six DBP Maruaders lined up. Only 327 Blue MMs were produced, and from what we can tell, this was the largest gathering of Blues in any one location.

Will try to post some SHO pics this weekend when I get home.

You sir are the proud owner of a motor that is "the smallest v8 to make it into a production car ever", or so wikepedia says.

Welcome to the forums! Alot of out of the box thinkers here, oceans of info in the archives, not sure about the v8s.

Marauders are such cool cars. Id love to own one some day, when they come down in price. Nothin like a fast comfortable RWD v8 sedan.

Have fun with your new car.

6-speed manual if you're a man. ;-)

T-6 with 4.10 gears out back and you'll be in buisiness!

I'm half-way there, got the 4:10's!;)

We've got a couple Marauder guys that have gone to 5 or 6 speed manuals with varying success. I'd love to get back into a stick if I could.

Hey, is it possible to retrofit the SHO V8's to an MTX?

Anythings possible. There is currently two MTX v8 shos that i know of. You might be able to find pictures if you search, maybe in a pic thread of last years convention. One uses the v6 SHO Transmission and the other uses a mazda 6 transmission I think.
