Hey Gang,

I’ve wanted one for about a year now but it took a while to find one that met my very particular specifications.

This week I will be going to pick up my 2018 PP SHO. I’ll be flying to another state to pick it up and driving it 6.5 hours home.

I am so happy I found this forum, there is a treasure chest of good information here to begin my build slowly but surely.

Yes, I most definitely will! Including yours, being that I am from Michigan as well! First order of business is tint and chrome delete, after that the fun can start.

Haha, I wish I had a build to speak of. I’ve only owned the car for a few months and 26 days of that was in a body shop after I hit a deer!!

My plans are in line with yours cosmetic and then an AO Tune from Gearhead with colder plugs and a K&N drop in, for me that is. And because it gets so cold here in the Mitten and I daily this car, I want to keep the oem temperature thermostat.

After that it will be summer wheels and tires.

Make sure you jump on those fluid changes quick!! They will make all the difference for longevity and peace of mind when you turn up the heat!

Good good. I am a firm believer all chrome must die. Do you know how you are going to accomplish this task?

I have a family friend that does tint and vinyl. He did the roof and tail lights on my old car. The first 5-7 days I own the car I won’t even have it. It goes in for tints, vinyl, then right to be paint corrected and ceramic coated.

Nice, it looks like you are set up. Snap some pics before and after so we can see.

Anytime twin! The tuxedo black is hard to keep clean but when it is clean, but looks awesome when the sun hits it. I noticed your cladding across the bottom is grey also. I've seen some with all black and thought the newer models came that way. I wonder if anyone has darkened the flower wheels a few shades. Being in Michigan, have you thought about winter rims and tires yet? I know...cha ching cha ching.
