My advice is change all of the fluids. Oil, coolant, PTU, RDU. Then do your diligence and look at all tuners. AJPTurbo, Gearhead, LMS ect. Find the tuner that works best for you.

So i finally lowered the car, new spark plugs, 170 thermostat, 3-bar map sensor, Roush Cold air, and Gearhead AO tune. couldn't be happier..
