OK guys I have been putting together spreadsheets of parts for my car for a while... just reference...and since i work at a parts store i have access to catalogs that the average bear doesn't... in doing this a good friend of mine with a 92 asked if i would make him one..... well, i started on his and then decided... i just as soon go all out and create one for all gen1 and gen2 sho's...........

so, the project has begun.... i was going to make the spreadsheets, zip them up and all and send them to whoever asked...but instead i've decided to just write a few scripts and create some database tables online... so on my webpage we now have a SHO Parts reference.... in the coming days it will get edited and added to.... it takes time that i dont' have much of to build all this information in a way to present it like this....

also, in due time, if anyone has additions they would like to make... i will welcome any information regarding other parts... when the time comes i will let you all know how to send me that info...in the meantime you are more than welcome to send me comments or suggestions to

[email protected] .... put SHO somewhere in the subject line so my email filter will pick it up

the link to this new resource is as follows

Perhaps Bizzy could put a copy of this on the opening page of SHOforum, or a link to your copy of it. I am sure that it will be of immense value to everyone here, and a lot of people may not look at this topic before it gets buried by new topics. Nice Work! thumbup

lol, no.... actually the forum part of that is something i'm playing with just to play... i COULD have a forum over there, but this forum is everything the SHO community needs, so it would be useless. Just playing with different software, thats all....

the motorcraft numbers are in there where i have applicable numbers and some sort of verification that they are correct.... what specifically are you having problems with?... to my knowledge bosch doesn't make a VSS for our cars.... and the borg warner numbers listed are right to the best of my knowledge and thier current catalog

Sorry to ask a silly question, but the part numbers you have listed, they aren't the ford part, so whose part number are they?
I looked up an AC hose and got this part number 55641
But can't seem to find it anywhere on any parts places online.

there are two columns.... one is part name
the other is part number

the part name... in that instance would be

Murray A/C Hose (suction, liquid, whatever)

the part number would be.... 55641

that indicates that the brand is Murray the part is whatever A/C hose... and the Murray part number is 55641

if you look down further you might see a listing for a Motorcraft A/C Hose of the same type with a part number next to it

Murray, however is a division of Four Seasons which is the largest aftermarket A/C & Heating manufacturer on the planet.... so that part number should get you the correct part anywhere that carries factory air, murray, four seasons, and can be cross-referenced to brands such as everco, thermo pro... and many others i'm sure...

The point of this parts database was not to provide OE ford part numbers for things but to provide numbers that can be applied to regular part stores....
