I do realize there are posts about exhaust and mufflers, but they are old. I am not gleaning much of the info I am looking for from them.

What I am looking for is 2 new rear mufflers, for my 95 ATX 3.2L, I think the rest of my pipes and stuff are good. I have found Walker/Dynomax on RockAuto, has anyone had good/bad experince with these (part numbers 17685 and 17684), and would you recommend them? If yes/no, why? The ones I found:

Not sure if this link will come through or not...

Thanks

For that price id go with an after market catback, they will flow better and then you can replace all the piping so you have a nice new exhaust. Do you want something louder or did you really want a stock replacement?

Right now it is loud to me b/c there are holes in each muffler, or maybe it is the droaning sound while driving. I want a system that sounds nice, but not obnoxious to hear while driving. Probably leaning towards a stock replacement type, but something that has a good low tone at idle rpm's. Not sure if that is possible.

Pro's to what you're looking at:
These muflers already have the tail pipe, and it will pretty much line up with the existing system and look good from the back.
Those mufflers will also sound pretty good. Not too Loud but not as quiet as OE.

Con's:
$170.00 plus ~$30 shipping... ~$200.00.
These mufflers will last about one to two years depending on if your in a salty region.

Now are you saying the link that you sent me, will only last 1-2 years? Or the link that I put in my post for the other walker mufflers? I do, I live in northern Indiana, we do have some salt here.
