I recently picked up a 2011 SHO. Non PP She has 88k miles on the clock which is high but she was maintained so she still runs like a top.

I got an extended warranty from a 3rd party which seemed reputable so I have to keep that in mind with my mods. I'm hoping to get "in" with the service guys over at my local ford dealer. :)

I was planning on waiting to do mods but that's really not in my nature. The first things I did was plasti dip the grill and chrome bits on the front end. I am planning on doing the rest in the near future.

Next I got a good deal on an air raid CAI so that was in as soon as I opened it.

Next obvious mod is a tune. I did some reading around and for my needs Torrie seemed like the best fit for me. I tend to ask a lot of questions and I like that torrie is right there to answer anything I throw at him.

With that being said I ordered the sct x4 from torrie today and plan on installing the tune right after it gets here. I am also going to be picking up a 3bar sensor and seeing if we can't up the boost a tiny bit

Here she is when I first got her, filled her up with some primo 87 octane...:p

She just looks so much meaner now.

First real mod

Absolutely no change in sound or performance in my opinion

Next was this

FB IMG 1407021800244 zps144935b2

BOV vented to atmosphere. It is very noticeable with semi spirited driving, and pretty loud when you get on it at lower speeds. Very cool mod in my opinion.

My unleashed tune should be here Friday, I am hoping the 170 tstat and 3bar get here at the same time.

Anyways glad to be a part of this relatively small gen4 SHO community. I am also over at EBPF.

Once tuned you'll find that vented BOV gets very noticeable. I never heard my BOV before installing the tune. Now it becomes a challenge to me if I can get the BOV to vent so I can hear it hoot. I still have my BOV tube connected, but might have to consider venting it to atmosphere....

:wave:Welcome!! Nice ride and I like the dip. I did that to my 2011 black limited before I bought my SHO. Enjoy the car and have fun with the mods.

Its actually pretty loud now, but I am sure with more boost it will be much louder. Right now its kind of like a sharp "pshhhhhh". Once its tuned it should a deeper sound.

Dip is really such an awesome product, I love it. I hope it stays around for many years to come.

Welcome! Nice SHO!

Thanks man, I really do love it. Even though it has been giving me issues.

Sounds very much better!

What issues have you had with it? Seen it in an earlier post

Was having some weird issues with the trans shifting funny and some shuddering at certain speeds.
They did the update to it now it runs much better.

I need to do the shocks and a few other minor things

I like the color combo. Those wheels look nice with that paint. If you don't mind me asking what %tint is that? looks good, but not over the top.

Thanks I love this paint code. Definitely my favorite color for a sho.

The tint was on it when I got it. My guess is 20% in the back and 35% up front.
