I don't use a jack, jackstands, nor do I remove the tires. Just slide under the rear of the car and use the 13 mm socket with extensions to remove the clamp bolts. Do one side at a time and just split the pre-lubed bushing around the bar inside the frame rail to install it. Very simple with little extra effort.

I thought about doing this when I did the guide. I was, more or less, unable to slide under the saggy rear end of my car. Even with the front jacked up, I could not slide in far enought to get to them properly. I figured, to make it easier on myself, I'd jack it up.
