NESHOCers to Convention in MN?

I am planning on being there, but still haven't figured out if I'm leaving from Quebec, MA, STL (2002 is still in STL), or maybe even just flying.

I'll be driving back with the NESHOC group, it's just the trip out that's still not 100% nailed down.

Just the issue of weapons conveyance when flying.

That's currently the plan I'm working on. Kirk is bringing the '99 to STL in a couple of weeks, but instead of having him bring the '02 back I'll probably end up flying to STL (about $200) and driving ~500 miles to MN instead of ~1300+ from Quebec or MA.

Meeting the '02 in MN and driving it home a possibility?

Maybe, if someone like DVP was interested but as of right now Dave is the only one from STL going to the convention.

I've driven from MA, up to my aunt's in Colebrook, NH and then to a family reunion in upper Minnesota in '91. Was quite a fun trip from what I remember. Across Quebec, Ontario, UP, WI and into MN that way. If I was driving, I'd do that...

Normally I would probably enjoy it, but right now my schedule is so tight that even taking off the convention week is a bit of a stretch so expedience and cost-effectiveness have become the main factors.

To everyone else, what day is everyone planning on arriving in St. Cloud? The reason I ask is that the hotel is booked for Saturday the 14th, so if that's the day we're arriving...

It's a 2 day trip, unless you are nuts like me and even I'm not doing it in 1 day. So I doubt a Saturday night arrival is happening. Personally, I'm going on my own and won't be there until Monday night, at the earliest...
