Need the "snakes" portion of intake.

Hey guys, anybody know of a dis-assebled SHO intake lying arround somewhere? Troy (mid-engined SHO buggy)needs the curved parts of the intake, not the butterfies, surge or crossover plenums. Has anyone seen any SHO motors in the local wrecking yards lately? It's for a top secret project that I can't tell you about or I will have to **** you.

Thanks guys, but I was hoping to avoid the shipping charges by posting on the AZ SHO Club section. I have complete intakes but I want to keep them as just that, complete. Some of our local guys used to frequent the yards alot and I thought they might have noticed one or two lying around. Thanks though.

Where are the local bone yards around here? We used to do that all the time just for fun back in high school. Yep, I know, not a whole lot to do in South Dakota in the summer but we had a blast just looking for the small little parts that mysteriously disapeer over time.

Most are on Broadway Rd from 16th St to 35th Ave. The cheapest ones are the kind that let you take the part off; U-Pull-It, pull and Save etc, etc.

has been pulling intakes off of junked SHOs. I need another set of butterflies to get modified, maybe we can work a deal with him.

Sure, go ahead and ask him what he wants for one shipped. They want 75.00 at Ecology on 35 ave. Troy and I were just trying to find one local AND cheap. He has one of my complete intakes, but I'd rather not break open a good set if we can find just what he needs.
