need some work done

I took my '91 SHO in for an inspection this week. And I'm looking for someone who might be able to do the work without killing me. I don't have a lot of money. If I can't afford to do this work I'll be riding my bike to work for the winter. So here is what the shop I took it too said will need to be done.

Both Front Sway Bars
Left Front Ball Joint
Suggested having the exhaust welded at several points because they weren't sure they could find the parts.
left rear blinker signal needs to be replaced.

Let me know if you can do the work. I don't have a lot of money, or I wouldn't be driving an 18 year old car that someone gave me.

How much money do you have to spend on it?

I don't even know for sure, not the 800 or 900 they were talking about. Honestly I only need to use the car to drive about 10 miles a day. 5 mile to work and 5 miles home. I can ride my bike if I have to. Just thought I'd see if there was a better option.

Yeah, 8-900 is getting poked in the butt.... I'd do it for 2-300 depending on how bad the exhaust is.
