As title states I have a problem that hopefully I can resolve wit your help.
I have a 1995 Taurus SHO 5 speed manual
Car has 101,350 miles on it
All maintenance is fully up to par:
Recent 60k at 65k
And valve cover gasket/intake gaskets overhauled
1000 miles ago-also plugs and wires

THE ISSUE:
To sum it up on first attempt to go into secondaries (4krpm)
It stumbles or sputters and then goes like normal
But never does it again the rest of the time I am driving

Any thoughts on this issue?

Also no CEL or related lights.
Runs perfectly fine otherwise also, idles smooth, etc

Could be the butterflies are binding a little (surface rust?), may need cleanup/lubrication.

Yeah that could be a possibility, have to take a look into it.

I doubt this, but any chance this could be caused by the cat converters being clogged up?

So just the first time? Not the second or third time you're into the secondaries? Is the car warm when you roll into the secondaries for the first time, or is it still warming up?

Car is usually warm when I do. I've tried it when completely warmed up and when it is just into low operating temp.
But yes only seems to do this on first attempt

Probably have crud (technical term) built up on the shaft of the butterflies or where the plates land on their housings. Even though the intake is "supposed" to pass only air, it also carries hot, oil vapor laden gases from the crankcase, into the cylinder. On their way through the cooler intake, the oil and other crud condenses out of the air and coats everything. Spray everything down with Berryman's B-12 to clean it out.

Berryman's? Yes. Well-ventilated areas only, please, and preferably with a vapor-rated mask if you use a lot.

I have intentionally ran with the secondary's opened and closed all the way though the revs it never stumbles or sputters it just lags. Sounds like there is an wire issue, but it should repeat itself unless they are just getting damp then drying up.

That could be the case too, just always kinda weird that it runs so well minus that little thing.
