need exhaust system

I had 2 new Dyno Max mufflers put on last year but now the Y pipe just in front of the mufflers at the split broke due to rot. I knew I should have changed the whole system back then but I tried to do it the cheap way.... oh well. question- where is there a good place to get a new exhaust from the cat back at a reasonable price? stock would be fine, I just want the factory chrome tips though. thanks for any help. I forgot to mention that when I broke off the right muffler and pipe at the split, there was this wire mesh inside the pipe. I pulled it out, it was about 8 inches long. it looked like 8 steel wool pads inside pipe. it had to have been restricting the air flow out exhaust. anybody know what this steel mesh was? where it could have came from?

Sounds like pieces of your muffler falling apart, no good, won't just clog things up, may also be swallowed up into your engine.
