The clutch is out, and here's some pictures of the post-mortem. 100k miles on it. TOB worn completely through. Indentations worn in back of it from fork. Broken PP fingers. Quill shows wear. Major oil leak at rear seal or pan/ carrier gasket.

Questions for you experts:
Although it's a pain, I think I should replace that quill. Right?
The fork has some scratches on the contact surface. Replace or polish it out and reuse?? Anybody know a source?

Man that looks better than my clutch that only had 13,000 miles on it. Yeah you should definitely replace the fork, Josh has everything that you need. www.SHOnutperformance.com . And changing the quill sleeve isn't that hard plus yours looks really beat some I would change it. And I agree with the other guys you really got your moneys worth. O yeah replace your rear main seal and carrier gaskets and you might want to consider doing your rod bearings while your tranny is out. Have fun putting your SHO back together becuase I sure had fun replacing every single part and now everything is like new.
