The members list function of the board is broken - no new members reported after 1-27-08. Good user-name example - FREEK_SHO, joined March 2008 but does not show up in the list.

It's not broken. It goes by post count so once FREEK_SHO gets 20 posts (IIRC...it might be 15. I don't remember exactly) he'll be on the list. The reason why it's setup that way is because a person might join to post spam messages, etc. This way if they don't continue to frequent the forum, and spammers generally don't, then they aren't viewable on the members list.
