Mark VIII wheels and 96 brakes?

I flipped my SHO calendar forward yesterday at work to check a date and ended up staring at the wheels on the Eggboy Racing SHO gracing the March page.

I know they're Lincoln Mark VIII wheels, 16x7. Does anyone know what this car was using for brakes? Do either the '96 upgrade or the shosource 12" kit fit under these rims?

Also, I couldn't find weight info on the wheels, though they look like they might be heavier than slicers.

Any information would be appreciated.

I'm sure the 96 brakes will fit, since that's what the Mark VIII has on it stock.

Duh. I must be brain dead this morning.

In that case, the 12" kit will probably fit too.
