Mr cheapo here. Can I take out my strut/spring assembly like a quick strut set up?

If so what do I need front and back? I have sensatracs and moog springs. What do I need to add to bring to a shop to have them assemble this into a quick strut?

I am assuming that idea of a quick strut type is to make installation easy.

Strut mounts and bearings or whatever the piece that bolts to the strut tower is called, and there really shouldn't be a problem if you have all the parts and have them assembled by somebody with a strut spring compressor.

you will need the top-bearing and plate which essentially is the strut mount(rear has no bearing), the spring, and strut

the quick strut is just a fully assembled strut/spring setup. If you pull out your old struts and springs, they'll be fully assembled also. The quick strut was originally made to replace air suspension systems in the lincoln continental.

Are the strut-mate plates from Monroe what I need to add to my struts and springs to get an assembled quick strut? Am I missing anything? Anybody have any problem with these?
