I'm about to replace some parts that I'm sure are worn out on my SHO and just had a question or two for you crazy folks.
I have:

Spark Plugs, Plug Wires, Valve Cover Gaskets, Plug Well Seals, Intake Manifold Gaskets, and Fuel Filter

Anything else I should do while I'm in there besides a valve adjustment? and are these truly things that I can accomplish in the garage with minimal struggles?

Yes. You do not need to worry about intake manifold gaskets as much though. You can do the valve adjustment in a day. Where are you? Some one may be able to do it.

if your intake gaskets have never been done, then you will deffinetly need the intake to head gaskets, and maybe throttle body and egr gasket (i dont know if you can buy them with out the rest of the intake gaskets). i sugest the CID (cylinder i d/cam) sensor while you are there, its on the passenger rear of the engine (rear cam tower, connector straight up...it will cause no start and no tach sitiuation when it goes-thats not IF it goes, IT WILL GO. its not expensive either. i paid $40 canadian).

check your computer codes... they may point out o2 sensors and many other things, but your list was pretty good. dont forget some gasket maker to add on to some corners of the valve cover gaskets.

I was going to do a similar job myself. I haven't done anything to my 95 SHO since I bought it 1 year ago, except for oil changes. It has 150K miles and runs great.

Does anyone know of a step-by-step lay-out of how to change them (ie, remove upper plenum, etc.) and what tools I need? If there is a link or someone has a step-by-step to a good maintenance job while we change the plugs, please let me and Mr. "The SHO" know.

I forgot to mention...I read somewhere a while ago about a product that you can use to break up the horrible gunk that I'm sure that I'm going to find in the oil system...AutoRX maybe? where can I find said product, if thats what its called, and how do I properly use it?

Where's the best place to get plugs, wires, parts?

Just curious---where's the best / cheapest place to get plugs / wires and sensors, etc. Do I need to go to the Ford dealer or can I pick 'em up at Auto Zone, etc.?
